The New Zealand Institute of Professional Counselling is a division of Quality Education. It was formed to provide quality training for people seeking to pursue a rewarding career in counselling.

Quality Education are distance learning specialists. We understand the unique needs of students who are unable to attend classes at regular times. Originally established in 1989 to provide National and International qualifications in Business and Computing, we now have over 2,500 students nationwide studying; Business, Computing, Flying, Aircraft Engineering, Virgin Atlantic Fares and Ticketing, Worldwide Computerised Reservation Systems, Hospitality and Cookery at Certificate and Diploma level, and now Professional Counselling.
