Kauri Bowl Gallery

Resident Wood turner Greg Brownie creates unique and exquisite quality bowls, platters and sculptural works of art, that remain a source of inspiration ro owners throughout their lifetime. Greg recovers the Kauri himself, and can show the process from the swamp through drying and seasoning to the finished article. Although kauri is the main timber used other native New Zealand timbers also feature in this gallery. Greg also hand crafts furniture and does commission work on request.
