To make a complaint about noise record as much information as you can. Time of the day, what happened, type of aircraft, colour or distinguishing markings. The more detailed information you provide, the easier it is to identify the aircraft involved and investigate the complaint. It should be noted that many of the aircraft using the Whangarei Airport are itinerant and only use the Airport occasionally.
